Hutchinson Research Scholarship
Negotiations are currently underway with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Centre – one of the world’s leading Cancer Research Centres – in relation to a number of medical research scholarships.
These scholarships would enable Christchurch cancer researchers to work for a period of time at the Seattle-based research centre, renowned for pushing the boundaries of knowledge.
The annual sum to be allocated to these scholarships is $100,000, and it is proposed there will be up to four scholarships issued each year.
